About the Role
As a Centralized Site Associate at IQVIA, you will play a critical role in supporting operational workflows across centralized clinical sites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor compliance, resolve site-level issues, and ensure documentation accuracy to maintain high-quality operational standards.
This is an afternoon-shift, hybrid work model position based in Thane, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage centralized site operations across assigned clinical programs.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, study protocols, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to address site-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and logs.
- Facilitate seamless communication between centralized teams and broader clinical operations.
Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of centralized site operations and clinical processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to afternoon shift operations.
- Prior experience in clinical operations, site management, or study support is preferred.
