Key Responsibilities
As a Centralized Monitoring Assistant at IQVIA, you will:
- Provide study-level administrative support to clinical study management teams.
- Run system reports, prepare and distribute study trackers, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Assist in maintaining compliance within project timelines and tracking systems.
- Support Central Monitors (CMs) in preparing i-site packs and generating reports.
- Manage system access requests and coordinate with vendors.
- Periodically review site-level KRIs and monitor site performance.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues during study conduct.
- Support Technical Solution Specialists (TSS) with data formulations and reporting.
- Participate in Kick-Off meetings, weekly project calls, and client discussions.
- Adhere to IQVIA’s SOPs, SOWs, and GCP guidelines.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of overall work experience (with at least 6 months in clinical research).
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
