Precision Medicine Group is hiring Central Monitor II (Remote) and Senior Central Monitor (Bengaluru, Karnataka) roles. These positions are ideal for life sciences professionals with strong clinical monitoring, risk-based quality management (RBQM), and data oversight skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct study risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigation strategies.
  • Perform centralized statistical monitoring to detect anomalies and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and implement Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) plans with functional leads.
  • Support or lead monthly RBQM meetings, prepare reports, and drive proactive data cleaning.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and data management teams.
  • Oversee operational metrics including site health, SDV backlog, and data entry trends.
  • Mentor junior colleagues (Senior Central Monitor role).
  • Communicate with sponsors on risk management strategies (Senior role).

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Management, or Clinical Operations.
  • Experience:
    • Central Monitor II: Minimum 2 years in clinical monitoring, trial management, or equivalent.
    • Senior Central Monitor: Minimum 5 years with proven leadership in RBQM and risk planning.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical development processes.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, data monitoring tools, and RBQM principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRO experience as a Central Monitor.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members (for Senior Central Monitor).
