Job Responsibilities of Research Associate in FR&D
As a Research Associate in the FR&D department, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for:
- Developing innovative pharmaceutical formulations.
- Conducting pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, and stability assessments.
- Assisting in scale-up and technology transfer of formulations.
- Maintaining detailed records of experiments, analyses, and project updates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Continuously improving the formulation process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- M.Pharm degree from a recognized university.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the Formulation Research & Development field.
- A strong understanding of formulation techniques, pharmaceutical technology, and drug development processes.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
