Available Positions and Requirements
Centaur Pharmaceuticals is seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals for the following roles. All positions require candidates with experience working in a regulated environment compliant with USFDA, EDQM, and MHRA standards. Prior experience in API manufacturing is mandatory.
I. Production & Warehouse Department:
- Officer/Executive Production (4-8 years experience): BSc Chemistry is required. Experience in API production within an FDA-approved facility is highly preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. Must be willing to work in all shifts.
- Manager – Warehouse (RM & FG) (12-15 years experience): Any graduate degree is acceptable. Extensive experience managing raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) warehouses within a pharmaceutical setting is crucial. Experience with inventory management systems and regulatory compliance is a must.
- Officer/Executive – Warehouse (RM & FG) (6-8 years experience): Any graduate degree is acceptable. Experience in warehouse operations within a pharmaceutical company is required, with a focus on RM and FG management. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of warehousing best practices are essential.
II. Quality Control Department:
- Reviewer (Chromatography & Non-Chromatography): BSc Chemistry is required. Experience with chromatography and non-chromatography techniques in a pharmaceutical quality control setting.
- Executive / Sr. Executive (8-10 years experience): BSc Chemistry is required. Experience in various aspects of QC, including analysis and documentation.
- Chromatography Analyst – Officer/Sr. Officer (5-7 years experience): BSc Chemistry is required. Proven experience in performing chromatographic analysis within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Non-Chromatography Analyst (3-5 years experience): BSc Chemistry is required. Experience in conducting various non-chromatographic analyses in a pharmaceutical QC lab.
- QMS & Investigation – Executive/ Sr. Executive (8-10 years experience): BSc Chemistry or related field is required. Experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting investigations.
- Section Incharge – Stability/Raw Material/Finish/Intermediate (10-15 years experience): BSc Chemistry or related field is required. Experience managing a team and overseeing stability testing or raw material, finished goods, or intermediate analysis.
- Documentation – Executive/ Sr. Executive (8-10 years experience): BSc Chemistry or related field is required. Strong documentation skills and experience in maintaining GMP documentation are essential.
- Training Coordinator – Executive (6-8 years experience): BSc Chemistry or related field is preferred. Experience in developing and delivering training programs within a pharmaceutical setting.
III. Quality Assurance Department:
- Analytical QA Section Head – Dy. Manager (10-14 years experience): M.Sc. Chemistry is required. Experience leading a team in analytical QA within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Analytical QA – Sr. Officer/ Executive (7-10 years experience): M.Sc. Chemistry is required. Experience in analytical QA within a pharmaceutical company.
- IPQA – Sr. Officer/Executive (7-10 years experience): M.Sc. Chemistry is required. Experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) within a pharmaceutical setting.
- Engg. QA – Executive/ Sr. Executive (7-10 years experience): M.Sc Chemistry or related Engineering degree is required. Experience in engineering QA within a regulated pharmaceutical facility.
- Customer/Marketing Support – Executive/Sr. Executive (7-10 years experience): Any graduate degree is acceptable. Experience in supporting customers and marketing functions in a pharmaceutical company.
- Documentation (issuance & Archival) – Officer (3-5 years experience): Any graduate degree is acceptable. Experience in document control and archival within a GMP environment.
IV. Maintenance/Engineering Department:
- Executive/Sr. Executive (Mechanical) (8-10 years experience): BE Mechanical Engineering is required. Experience maintaining mechanical equipment in a pharmaceutical facility.
- Executive/Sr. Executive (Electrical) (8-10 years experience): BE Electrical Engineering with a valid electrical license is required. Experience maintaining electrical equipment in a pharmaceutical facility.
Important Notes:
- Experience: All positions require significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within API manufacturing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Candidates must have experience working in companies regulated by USFDA, EDQM, and MHRA.
- Qualifications: Minimum qualifications vary by position but generally include BSc or M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant engineering degrees.
