Job Role: Manufacturing Associate
Cellogen Therapeutics is hiring multiple candidates for Manufacturing Associate positions within its Cell & Gene Therapy division.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing activities related to lentiviral vector production
- Handle mammalian cell culture processes
- Execute molecular biology techniques such as PCR and qPCR
- Assist in protein purification and downstream processing
- Maintain proper documentation as per GMP guidelines
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Support scale-up and process optimization activities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related field
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture
- Knowledge of molecular biology techniques (PCR, qPCR)
- Understanding of protein purification methods
- Basic understanding of GMP environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
