Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Pharma Research & Development (R&D) processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize case processing and pharmacovigilance (PV) workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management and research productivity.
- Implement strategies to improve PV case processing and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (GxP, ICH, etc.).
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Drive innovation in pharmacovigilance and clinical data management (CDM).
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Pharma R&D, PV Case Processing, or Clinical Data Management.
- Strong expertise in pharmacovigilance operations and compliance.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (hybrid model).
