A leading global clinical research organization is hiring an Sr. CDM Programmer (EDC) for a fully remote role in India. Key Responsibilities – Sr. CDM Programmer (EDC)
- Serve as Lead EDC Programmer for clinical studies of moderate to high complexity
- Design, build, test, and validate clinical databases and edit checks
- Work extensively on Medidata Rave and Veeva Vault EDC systems
- Develop and maintain custom functions and advanced data validation logic
- Handle Global Libraries in compliance with SDTM standards
- Lead multiple studies and coordinate with cross-functional project teams
- Mentor and train junior CDM programmers
- Contribute to SOP development, bid support, and process improvements
- Collaborate with IT teams for system troubleshooting and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and contractual obligations
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience as an EDC / CDM Programmer
- Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave or Veeva Vault
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Edit Checks, Custom Functions, and EDC build
- Proficiency in SQL, C#, Crystal Reports, Spotfire, JReview
- Good understanding of RDBMS and clinical data standards (SDTM)
