Research Scientist – Chemistry
As a Research Scientist in the Chemistry department, your responsibilities include:
- Designing and conducting scientific experiments in organic and analytical chemistry.
- Analyzing and interpreting results to develop innovative molecules for crop protection and growth.
- Conducting literature searches using tools like Reaxys, SciFinder, and patents.
- Documenting and reporting research results efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring intellectual property security through patent applications and freedom-to-operate checks.
Research Scientist – Process Innovation
In the Process Innovation department, your role involves:
- Innovating process research to achieve breakthroughs in synthetic chemistry.
- Designing and conducting experiments to optimize process methodologies.

Qualifications Required
