Job Responsibilities
Production (Injectables) – Technical Assistant/Operator
- Operate and maintain equipment in Autoclave, Vial Filling, and Ampoule Filling sections.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks to maintain product standards in injectable manufacturing.
- Document processes and report operational issues promptly.
Production (OSD) – Technical Assistant/Operator
- Manage Compression, Granulation, and Coating processes in oral solid dosage (OSD) production.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent output.
- Collaborate with quality teams to ensure product compliance.
Central Packing (OSD) – Technical Assistant/Operator
- Handle Blister, Strip, and CVC Primary packing operations for OSD products.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging as per regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance of packing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area to meet hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Education: ITI or Diploma in relevant technical fields (e.g., Mechanical, Pharmaceutical Technology).
- Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in Injectables (for Production Injectables roles) or OSD processes (for Production and Packing OSD roles).
- Skills: Knowledge of GMP, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
