Key Job Openings at Dholka Plant
Cadila Pharmaceuticals is hiring for multiple positions across three key departments. All roles require experience exclusively in pharmaceutical formulation (OSD preferred).
1. Production (OSD) – Officer / Executive
- Department Focus: Granulation
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor granulation processes for OSD formulations
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
- Maintain batch records and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Support quality and compliance initiatives in manufacturing
2. Central Packing (OSD) – Deputy Manager / Manager
- Department Focus: Primary Packing & Secondary Packing
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 8–15 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead primary and secondary packing operations for OSD products
- Manage teams, optimize packing lines, and ensure timely production
- Implement quality controls and compliance with pharma regulations
- Handle process improvements and equipment validation
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for seamless workflow
3. Central Packing (Stores) – Executive / Assistant Manager / Senior Manager
- Department Focus: RM/PM Store
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / Any Graduate
- Experience: 2–15 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure FIFO compliance
- Conduct stock verification and handle warehouse operations
- Ensure storage conditions meet GMP requirements
- Support audit preparations and material reconciliation

Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and role:
- Production Officer/Executive: ₹4–7 Lakhs per annum
- Deputy Manager/Manager (Packing): ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum
- Stores Executive/Manager: ₹5–12 Lakhs per annum
