Key Responsibilities – Research Associate IPR (Formulation)
- Conduct prior art searches related to pharmaceutical formulations
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing formulation patent applications
- Analyze patent landscapes and freedom-to-operate (FTO) reports
- Support IPR strategy development for formulation R&D projects
- Coordinate with R&D, legal, and regulatory teams for IP-related matters
- Monitor patent databases and track competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with Indian and international patent guidelines
Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Formulation preferred) - Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in IPR or formulation R&D support - Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations
- Basic knowledge of Indian Patent Act and global patent systems
- Experience with patent search tools is an advantage
- Good analytical and documentation skills
