Job Responsibilities
Production (Injectables) – Technical Assistant/Operator/Officer/Executive
- Operate and maintain equipment in autoclave loading, vial filling, sealing, washing, and lyophilized processes.
- Perform aseptic area cleaning and garment washing to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Conduct brevity inspection and operate Bonfiglioli leak testing machines for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain production efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance – Officer to Executive
- Execute In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during injectable manufacturing.
- Perform qualification and validation of equipment and processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
- Document and review production records for accuracy and quality.
Quality Control – Officer to Executive (QC Microbiology)
- Conduct bioassays, water sampling, and environmental monitoring.
- Perform method validation and testing for injectable formulations.
- Analyze microbiological samples to ensure product safety and compliance.
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to quality control protocols.
Qualifications
- Production (Injectables): ITI, Diploma, or B.Pharm with 2–6 years of injectable formulation experience.
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharm with 2–8 years of experience in injection formulation.
- Quality Control: M.Sc. Microbiology with 2–8 years of experience in injectable formulation, skilled in bioassay, testing, method validation, water sampling, and environmental monitoring.
- Note: Candidates must have experience in injectable formulations.
