We are hiring for the following positions in the QC/Production department:

Positions Available:

• Trainee
• Jr. Officer

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/ M.Sc in any specialization

Experience Required:

• 0 to 5 years

Openings:

• 60 positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to GLP and safety procedures in the laboratory.
• Perform analysis as per work allocation and record results in work sheets (Protocols) for raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, APIs, Stability, etc., as per current specifications and methods of analysis.
• Maintain CFR 21 part -11 compliance by following laid down procedures.
• Perform HPLC-related analysis and online documentation for in-process, intermediate, finished products & returned goods/raw materials hold time, stability study, working standard analysis, and report analysis data in LIMS modules.
• Ensure the correct specification and method of analysis for each product/material code.
• Follow instructions from Shift/Section In-charge for analysis/planning.

Additional Responsibilities for Trainee/Jr. Officer – Production:

• Check labels of raw material, packing materials, and solvents before usage.
• Maintain storage conditions of raw material/intermediates in the plant.
• Maintain process conditions for batches as per BPRs.
• Follow instructions from shift In-charge/managers for batch charging, monitoring, and follow-up.
• Report any deviation/discrepancy in the plant/process to shift in-charge.
• Complete tasks within the stipulated time.
• Maintain environmental conditions in PP/Intermediate areas as per SOP.
• Ensure no contamination in the finished product.
• Perform packing & repacking activities as required.
• Follow proper entry & gowning procedures in PP/Intermediate areas.
• Perform safe operations of plant equipment and utilities.
• Complete online BPR, equipment usage records, and cleaning records for the shift.
• Fill area differential pressure records, centrifuge bag records, and any other records related to the PP area.
