Cadila Pharmaceuticals is hiring for Junior Officer to Assistant Manager levels across key departments:
Production Department
- Designation: Jr. Officer to Assistant Manager (AM)
- Experience: 1 to 10 years (DCS & API experience preferred)
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, or B.Sc./M.Sc. in relevant fields
QA/QC Department
- Designation: Jr. Officer to Assistant Manager (AM)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Specific Sections: HPLC/GC Reviewer/Microbiology
Engineering Department
- Designation: Jr. Officer to Assistant Manager (AM)
- Experience: 1 to 10 years
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical/related fields
These roles are primarily for the Dahej Plant, with candidates expected to contribute to manufacturing, quality testing, and engineering support in a GMP-compliant environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- In Production: Operate and monitor manufacturing processes, handle DCS systems (preferred), ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in API production.
- In QA/QC: Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, and microbiology techniques; review data, handle documentation, ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- In Engineering: Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation, mechanical, or electrical systems; support plant operations and preventive maintenance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant diploma/degree as specified above.
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/API manufacturing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and analytical instruments (for QA/QC).
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Salary (CTC Range) Competitive packages based on experience and designation:
- Assistant Manager: Up to ₹7,50,000 per annum
- Senior Executive: Up to ₹6,90,000 per annum
- Executive: Up to ₹5,00,000 per annum
- Junior to Senior Officer: Up to ₹3,80,000 per annum
