Key Responsibilities

As a Business Process Specialist, you will:

Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Gather and analyze data to improve workflows within the Client Education team.
  • Document existing processes and identify improvement areas.
  • Support change initiatives using basic change-management tools.

Automation & Reporting

  • Prepare performance metrics, dashboards, and management summaries.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Power App-based automations.
  • Maintain departmental SOPs, SWIs, and process documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross-team improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align education offerings and service standards.

Tools & Technology Support

  • Evaluate and integrate tools that improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Prepare training materials, internal guides, and release notes.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support senior analysts in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain departmental planning tools and market research databases.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Background

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Education, IT, or related fields.
  • Certifications in ITIL, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, or process improvement are preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer training, adult education, process improvement, or business support functions.
