Key Responsibilities
As a Business & Marketing Excellence Executive, you will:
- Act as a technical and communication bridge between channel partners, end-users, sales representatives, and the manufacturing facility.
- Understand customer needs through feedback and complaint management systems.
- Analyze product movement dynamics using market intelligence and implement strategies accordingly.
- Visit channel partners, vendors, and end-users to strengthen relations and monitor market trends.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for roadshows, exhibitions, and scientific sessions.
- Acquire technical knowledge and share it with the sales team for better product promotion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- Technical Skills: Excellent command over MS Office tools
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, public speaking, presentation, and analytical skills
- Business Skills: Strong business acumen, smart decision-making, and market awareness
- Travel: Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time for exhibitions, symposiums, and marketing collaborations
- Language: Regional language proficiency preferred for territory-specific interactions
