- Generate and convert doctors for the companyโs product portfolio.
- Increase prescription share through regular field visits.
- Promote ethical pharma sales practices aligned with company strategy.
2๏ธโฃ Secondary Sales Achievement
- Ensure achievement of secondary sales targets.
- Drive prescription-based sales performance.
- Monitor territory performance and corrective actions.
3๏ธโฃ KOL Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with Top Physicians, Endocrinologists, and Cardiologists.
- Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand advocacy.
- Maintain long-term professional relationships.

- Daily sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Effective handling of customer queries and objections.
- Ensure 100% implementation of company strategies.
5๏ธโฃ Pharmacovigilance (Adverse Event Reporting)
- Collect and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs).
- Ensure reporting within 24 hours of awareness.
- Forward safety information to the local Patient Safety team.
- Maintain regulatory compliance standards.
