The Business Executive will be responsible for driving prescription demand and achieving secondary sales targets in Bangalore territory.

1๏ธโƒฃ Doctor Conversion & Prescription Generation

  • Generate and convert doctors for the companyโ€™s product portfolio.
  • Increase prescription share through regular field visits.
  • Promote ethical pharma sales practices aligned with company strategy.

2๏ธโƒฃ Secondary Sales Achievement

  • Ensure achievement of secondary sales targets.
  • Drive prescription-based sales performance.
  • Monitor territory performance and corrective actions.

3๏ธโƒฃ KOL Relationship Management

  • Develop strong relationships with Top Physicians, Endocrinologists, and Cardiologists.
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand advocacy.
  • Maintain long-term professional relationships.

4๏ธโƒฃ Reporting & Compliance

  • Daily sales reporting and performance tracking.
  • Effective handling of customer queries and objections.
  • Ensure 100% implementation of company strategies.

5๏ธโƒฃ Pharmacovigilance (Adverse Event Reporting)

  • Collect and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs).
  • Ensure reporting within 24 hours of awareness.
  • Forward safety information to the local Patient Safety team.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance standards.

This role provides strong exposure to pharmaceutical sales operations, pharmacovigilance processes, and healthcare compliance frameworks.

  • Any Graduate (B.Sc, B.Pharm, BBA, etc.)
