Novo Nordisk GBS, Bangalore is hiring an Advanced Business Analyst – US Patient Analytics to support its U.S. commercial business. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in US healthcare data analytics, patient-level datasets, and advanced visualization and predictive modeling tools.
As part of the Commercial Insight & Analytics team, you will translate complex patient and prescription data into actionable insights that drive commercial decision-making across global stakeholders.
📊 Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discussions to define analytics scope and business objectives
- Analyze complex US patient datasets including LRx, LAAD, APLD, IQVIA, and pharmacy claims data
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, SQL (Dataiku), Python, and Advanced Excel
- Build predictive and statistical models to forecast patient outcomes, adherence, and disease progression
- Deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership through compelling presentations
- Manage multiple analytics projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Perform quality checks and maintain documentation for reports and analyses
- Drive continuous process improvement within analytics workflows
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Technology, Analytics, or Management
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years in US healthcare analytics
- Hands-on experience with US patient datasets (LRx, LAAD, APLD)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, Advanced Excel, VBA, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of US healthcare processes, patient support programs, and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
- Ability to support U.S. stakeholders until 12 noon U.S. time
