This full-time, hybrid opportunity is ideal for clinical research professionals with experience in clinical trial operations, CTMS, eTMF, and study coordination who want to work on global trials with high-impact therapies.
This Global Trial Associate job in Hyderabad offers hands-on exposure to study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities while collaborating with cross-functional global teams under the guidance of the Global Trial Lead (GTL).
Key Responsibilities – Global Trial Associate (GTA)
Project & Trial Management
- Support the Global Trial Lead using performance metrics and quality indicators
- Assist in driving study execution and timely delivery of milestones
- Resolve routine issues and escalate critical risks with urgency
Study Planning, Conduct & Close-Out
- Manage study-level documentation and support eTMF accuracy and completeness
- Support study start-up, maintenance, and closure activities
- Lead assigned study closure and archival activities
- Participate in audits and filing activities as required
Vendor & Financial Oversight
- Review vendor invoices and manage accruals, LSD/SOW changes
- Support vendor creation, global vendor site lists, and payment processing
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain study SharePoint, study directories, and mailing lists
- Prepare agendas, attend study team meetings, and document minutes
- Support CSR appendices and regulatory submissions when required
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or Associate Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline (preferred)
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience using Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Clinical Trial Master File (eTMF) systems
- Prior experience in clinical research operations is a strong advantage
- Global clinical trial exposure preferred
Key Skills
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
- Basic understanding of clinical trial budgets and vendor payments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams
