๐ Key Responsibilities โ Associate Global Trial Manager
Project & Trial Management
- Support global clinical trial execution using performance metrics and quality indicators
- Assist Global Trial Lead (GTL) in managing timelines, study plans, CTMS, and study deliverables
- Identify operational risks and support mitigation planning
- Maintain study-level project management tools (risk logs, issue trackers)
- Monitor clinical quality, processes, and vendor deliverables
Study Planning, Conduct & Close-Out
- Support eTMF completeness, accuracy, and ongoing quality
- Review and support key study documents: protocol, ICF, CRFs, CSR, and study execution plans
- Assist with country/site feasibility and selection activities
- Support recruitment and retention strategies
- Participate in audits, inspections, CAPA, and regulatory responses
- Support financial activities including vendor invoices, accruals, and budget reconciliation
- Assist or lead study close-out activities as assigned
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a mentor to junior Global Trial Associates
- Facilitate collaboration across clinical operations, data management, regulatory, and vendors
- Participate in cross-functional and global strategy discussions
- Maintain composure and effectiveness in fast-paced, high-impact trial environments
๐ Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or related field
- Experience in global clinical trial management or clinical operations
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on experience with CTMS, eTMF, risk management, and vendor oversight
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a global matrix environment
