Function: Trial Delivery Support (TRIM)
Experience Needed: 3+ years in clinical operations/pharma
Salary Estimate: ₹18–30 LPA (approx.)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical risk assessment and risk analytics in assigned trials
- Build KRIs, QTLs, and data review plans along with study teams
- Perform centralized monitoring and generate study-level risk reports
- Identify trends, outliers, and data quality signals
- Escalate quality or compliance issues and contribute to risk governance
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharma, Data Science, or Analytics
- Strong understanding of RBM, RACT, GCP, data platforms (Veeva, visualization tools)
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with audits, CAPA, and regulatory expectations preferred
✔ Role 2: Senior Manager – Clinical Trial Risk Analyst (Line Manager)
Location: Hyderabad
Function: TRIM Leadership
Experience Needed: 5+ years pharma + team leadership experience
Salary Estimate: ₹28–45 LPA (approx.)

- Lead a team of Clinical Trial Risk Analysts
- Drive implementation of Risk-Based Monitoring initiatives
- Allocate project resources and optimize workload planning
- Provide coaching, performance reviews, and talent development
