Responsibilities
- Production: Aseptic filling, vial washing, sterilization, lyophilization, and line clearance in injectable formulation facility.
- QA: IPQA, validation, QMS, batch release, and regulatory compliance (USFDA/MHRA).
- QC: RM/PM/FG testing, stability studies, GLP, and instrumentation (HPLC, GC).
- Microbiology: BET, sterility, MLT, environmental monitoring, and media preparation.
- Warehouse: GMP-compliant material receipt, dispensing, storage, and SAP operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any Graduate.
- Mandatory injectable formulation experience (vials, PFS, ampoules, BFS).
- Exposure to regulatory audits and modern injectable manufacturing plant setup.
- Strong documentation and cGMP knowledge.
