Responsibilities in the Job
As a Senior Research Scientist at Biotenic Pharma, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting high-quality research in cell biology, focusing on advancing drug discovery processes.
- Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments related to cellular biology and biotechnology.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize research methodologies and contribute to scientific discussions.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports, research papers, and publications based on findings.
- Overseeing junior research scientists and providing mentorship for their professional growth.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research trends and technological advancements in the cell biology field.
Qualifications for the Sr. Research Scientist Role
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: MSc, PhD, MTech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or other related fields.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, especially in cell biology or related disciplines.
Skills Required for the Position
- Strong expertise in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, Western blotting, and cell culture.
- Experience with advanced lab equipment and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with researchers across departments.
