Key Responsibilities
- Perform biotech production processes involving protein purification, filtration, and SDS-PAGE.
- Ensure adherence to GMP and quality compliance standards.
- Operate and maintain biotech production equipment under safe and sterile conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing and engineering.
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- M.Tech (Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biomedical) OR
- M.Sc. (Biotechnology or related fields)
- Experience:
- 3–6 years in a biotechnology or biopharma production environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SDS-PAGE, protein purification, chromatography, and filtration systems.
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing and plasma fractionation workflows.
