A leading life sciences organization is hiring a Biostatistician II for a remote position based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities
As a Biostatistician II, you will:
- Serve as Lead Biostatistician for simple studies, ensuring quality statistical oversight.
- Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), including mock TFL shells for medium complexity studies.
- Conduct statistical analyses and review Tables, Listings, and Figures (TFLs) before client delivery.
- Review Case Report Forms (CRFs) and study-specific documents for accuracy.
- Perform sample size calculations for Clinical Pharmacology studies under supervision.
- Generate and review randomization schedules as per provided specifications.
- Contribute to Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) and cross-functional project meetings.
- Manage timelines and communicate project status to management effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical data analysis or biostatistics.
- Strong proficiency in SAS® or similar statistical software packages.
- Excellent understanding of clinical research methodologies and regulatory standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics or Life Sciences.
- Prior experience in CROs or pharmaceutical analytics environments.
- Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) is a plus.
