Executive / Sr. Executive – Synthesis R&D / Process R&D / CRO
Qualifications:
- Degree: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 3 – 6 years in Synthesis R&D or Process R&D
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in organic synthesis and purification techniques.
- Experience with reaction monitoring, mass spectrometry, and NMR.
- Strong literature search capabilities for drug discovery and synthesis.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Synthesis R&D team at Biophore, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting Experiments: Engage in synthesis and purification experiments tailored for pharmaceutical research and development.
- Literature Research: Perform in-depth literature searches and optimize chemical reactions.
- Support Drug Discovery: Collaborate with teams to advance drug discovery and process development initiatives.
- Analytical Techniques: Utilize advanced analytical methods such as NMR, Mass Spectrometry, and chromatography to validate research findings.
