Job Responsibilities
Production Department
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing processes in compliance with EU-GMP and Health Canada standards.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production records for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to optimize processes.
EHS Department
- Implement safety protocols and environmental compliance in the API plant.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and training programs.
- Manage hazardous waste disposal and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Maintain safety equipment and emergency response systems.
Warehouse Department
- Oversee inventory management, material handling, and storage in compliance with GMP.
- Coordinate logistics for raw materials and finished API products.
- Ensure accurate documentation and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Production Department
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Sr. Executive: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2-6 years of experience in API/chemical manufacturing.
- Assistant Manager/Manager: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in Chemical/Pharma Engineering with 8-15 years of experience in API production.
EHS Department
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry/Environment) or Diploma/B.Tech in Safety/Environmental Engineering with 3-8 years of experience.
- Operator: ITI/Diploma (Industrial Safety preferred) with 2-5 years of experience.
- Assistant Manager/Manager: B.E/M.Tech/M.Sc with Diploma in Industrial Safety and 10-18 years of experience.
Warehouse Department
- Assistant Manager/Manager: Graduate/PG (Science/Commerce/Pharma) with 8-15 years of experience.
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive: B.Sc/B.Com/B.Pharm/MBA with 3-8 years of experience.
- Operator: 10th/12th/ITI with 2-5 years of experience.
