Job Responsibilities
Analytical Development Lab (ADL) – Officer to Executive
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing for drug substances and products.
- Ensure compliance with ICH, USP, and other international regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct method development, validation, and stability studies.
- Troubleshoot analytical issues and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality control and assurance.
Formulation and Development (FND) – Officer to Executive
- Develop formulations for tablets, capsules, and other oral solid dosage (OSD) forms.
- Conduct pre-formulation and excipient compatibility studies.
- Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, and scale-up batches for formulation processes.
- Support technology transfer activities to ensure seamless production scale-up.
- Document formulation processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc for ADL roles; M.Pharm for FND roles.
- Experience: 2-10 years in pharmaceutical analytical development or formulation.
- Skills:
- ADL: Hands-on expertise in HPLC/UPLC, dissolution testing, and analytical troubleshooting.
- FND: Proficiency in OSD formulation, pre-formulation studies, and technology transfer.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines, USP standards, and regulatory compliance.
