Roles & Responsibilities
Production (Formulations)
Blending:
- Manage shift plans for formulation activities
- Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP systems
Filling:
- Handle filling shift operations
- Operate tunnel sterilizers, filling and capping machines
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with GMP
Engineering Department
Process Equipment:
- Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance
- Handle equipment such as vial washing machines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers
- Maintain fermentors, bioreactors, and process vessels
Instrumentation:
- Manage BMS operations and calibration activities
- Troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems
- Handle AMC and project-related work
