Roles and Responsibilities
Across these departments, key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and company SOPs.
- Operating and maintaining equipment in sterile manufacturing environments.
- Performing in-process checks, documentation, investigations, validations, and environmental monitoring.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Handling deviations, CAPA, and batch record reviews where applicable.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational qualifications as specified per department.
- Hands-on experience in pharma injectables (sterile manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.).
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
