Job Responsibilities
Engineering (Utilities/HVAC/Water System/Process Instrumentation/BMS)
- Operate and maintain utilities, HVAC systems, water systems, and process instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure seamless production processes.
Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)
- Provide line clearances for manufacturing activities like dispensing, filling, and packing.
- Conduct AQL inspections and manage in-process and finished product sample submissions.
- Review batch records, SOPs, and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Handle CAPA, change control, and deviation processes for injectables.
Production Pharma (Filling/Autoclave/PFS/Compounding/Lyo)
- Operate and clean vial washing machines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers.
- Execute aseptic filling, compounding, and sealing activities for Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS).
- Monitor aseptic processes and ensure adherence to GMP standards.
- Plan and execute batch manufacturing and media fill simulations.
Qualifications
- Engineering: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related fields with 3-8 years of experience in utilities, HVAC, or BMS.
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 3-9 years of injectable experience in IPQA or QMS.
- Production Pharma:
- Officer/Sr. Officer: Diploma/B.Sc with 2-6 years of injectable experience in filling, autoclave, or lyophilization.
- Executive/Sr. Executive/AM/DM: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc with 2-12 years of injectable experience.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of GMP compliance are mandatory.
- Candidates with prior injectable experience in USFDA/EU/MHRA-approved plants are preferred.
