Job Responsibilities
1. Production (5-8 Years of Experience)
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily OSD operations, including blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review batch records, logbooks, and production reports for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
2. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) (5-8 Years of Experience)
- Develop and validate analytical methods for nutraceutical products.
- Conduct stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of method development and validation processes.
3. Quality Control (8-12 Years of Experience)
- Perform analytical testing using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and quality standards.
- Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Prepare and review quality control reports for regulatory compliance.
4. Microbiology (5-8 Years of Experience)
- Conduct microbiological testing of water, raw materials, and finished products.
- Perform environmental monitoring and purified water analysis.
- Ensure compliance with microbiological standards and regulatory requirements.
