Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA and ensure regulatory compliance in clinical research operations.
- Conduct audits, identify, and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of trial data.
- Train and mentor team members to adhere to quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with in-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Strong background in Quality Assurance within Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
