- Method Development and Validation
- Develop analytical methods using LC-HRMS for large molecules.
- Perform data processing, interpretation, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines for method validation.
- Instrumentation and Data Interpretation
- Hands-on experience with advanced characterization techniques such as:
- NMR, GPC, LC-MS, FT-IR, PXRD, TEM, SEM, CD, SEC-MALS, Fluorescence plate readers
- Conduct in-vitro release tests and reverse engineering studies.
- Hands-on experience with advanced characterization techniques such as:
- Documentation and Reporting
- Draft and review Sameness-Characterization reports for drug substances and products.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports for regulatory submissions.
- Technology Transfer
- Transfer analytical methods to manufacturing sites or Contract Testing Laboratories (CTL).
- Ensure seamless implementation of methods for regular release testing.
- Project Management
