Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing
- Biosimilars Production: Handle upstream and downstream processes in mammalian and microbial manufacturing.
- DP Medical Devices: Manage labeling, cartoning, and robotic machine operations for pick and place.
- Packing & Visual Inspection: Ensure accuracy in track-and-trace processes for medical devices.
Engineering & Maintenance
- Oversee automation and instrumentation for injectable maintenance.
- Implement QMS standards and maintain robust equipment performance.
MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences & Technology)
- Support biosimilars and medical device manufacturing with technical expertise and process optimization.
Supply Chain Management
- Manage raw materials, dispensing activities, and GMP-compliant warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degrees Accepted: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MSc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science, Microbiology), BSc, B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Biotechnology), Diploma.
- Experience Level: 2–14 years in relevant fields.
Key Skills for Success
- Expertise in downstream and upstream manufacturing processes (QMS knowledge preferred).
- Proficiency in handling robotic machines for DP medical devices.
- Strong technical skills in automation, instrumentation, and injectable maintenance.
- Comprehensive understanding of GMP-compliant warehouse management and dispensing activities.
