Open Positions – Experience Level: 2-14 Years
We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in various areas, including but not limited to:
I. Engineering Department:
- Engineering & Maintenance: Candidates with expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting critical pharmaceutical equipment are needed. Specific areas of focus include:
- RPHPL (Reactive Pharmaceutical High Pressure Liquid Chromatography) systems.
- Centrifuges
- Fermentors
- Isolators
- Lyophilizers
- Vial cartridges
- Parentral Filling Systems (PFS)
- Engineering Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Utilities and Electrical Maintenance
- Instrumentation & Automation: Candidates should possess strong skills in instrumentation and automation systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Expertise in the following is highly desirable:
- RPHPLC Column maintenance and operation.
- Centrifuge automation.
- Tank automation.
- Autoclaves
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
- Building Management Systems/Energy Management Systems (BMS/EMS) – HVAC
II. Manufacturing Department:
- Downstream & Upstream Process: Experienced professionals with a strong understanding of biosimilars manufacturing processes are required. Specific areas of expertise include both upstream and downstream processing techniques.
- Aseptic Manufacturing: We are seeking individuals with extensive experience in aseptic manufacturing practices. Specific expertise in the operation and maintenance of the following equipment is essential:
- Isolators
- Autoclaves
- Filling lines
III. MES & Digitization (Operations):
- Electronic Manufacturing and Business Reporting (MBR) Design and Testing: Candidates with expertise in designing, developing, and testing electronic MBR systems are needed.
- Operations Focused Digital Transformation Projects: We seek individuals with a proven track record of leading and implementing digital transformation projects within an operational setting.
Required Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following educational qualifications:
- MPharm, BPharm, MSc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences), BSc
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/Diploma
