Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct immunogenicity risk assessments through literature review and in-vitro studies.
- Design and execute cell-based assays, immunological assays, and biomarker analysis for complex generics and differentiated products.
- Develop and validate cytokine release assays and T-cell proliferation assays using PBMCs.
- Coordinate nonclinical studies, analyze data, and prepare reports for regulatory submissions.
- Stay updated with regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA) and scientific advancements in immunogenicity.
- Maintain compliance with QMS (Quality Management Systems) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and submissions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
- PhD in Biological Sciences (Fresh graduates can apply)
- M.Sc/M.Tech in Biological Sciences/Pharmacology (with 3+ years of industry experience)
Technical Skills:
✔ Cell culture techniques (Primary & established cell lines, PBMC handling)
✔ Immunoassays (ELISA, multiplex cytokine analysis)
✔ Flow Cytometry (FACS) (Immune cell phenotyping, multi-color panel design)
✔ MACS-based cell isolation (Preferred)
✔ Data Analysis (GraphPad Prism, Excel, statistical evaluation)
