Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using LCMS, HPLC, and other instruments
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments
- Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with USFDA standards
- Improve Turn Around Time (TAT) for sample analysis
- Coordinate with team members to enhance productivity and efficiency
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education:
- UG: B.Pharma (Any Specialization)
- PG: M.Sc in Biotechnology/Chemistry or M.Pharma (Any Specialization)
- Experience: 1-3 years in a bioanalytical lab
- Strong knowledge of LCMS, HPLC, GC-MS, and HPTLC
- Understanding of GLP, USFDA guidelines, and documentation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
