- QA Head – BA/BE Studies
- QA Officer – BA/BE Studies (Clinical & Bioanalytical)
These roles are ideal for candidates experienced in clinical QA, bioanalytical QA, CRO quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bioanalytical QA Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and GxP standards
- Review bioanalytical method validation and study documentation
- Monitor raw data, chromatographic data, and lab compliance
- Support sponsor audits and regulatory inspections
2. Clinical QA Responsibilities
- Audit clinical operations and study conduct for BA/BE trials
- Review CRFs, source documents, and trial master file (TMF)
- Ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance
- Support inspection readiness activities
- Identify quality gaps and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Minimum 2+ years experience in QA for BA/BE studies (clinical or bioanalytical)
- Strong knowledge of clinical research, bioequivalence studies, CRO quality systems, and audit processes
- Experience in document review, compliance, and quality oversight
