Roles & Responsibilities
Production Supervisor
- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities
- Ensure adherence to safety and GMP guidelines
- Handle manpower and optimize production efficiency
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for smooth operations
Production Shift Incharge
- Supervise shift-wise production processes
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Handle troubleshooting and process deviations
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety standards
- Lead and guide production teams during shifts
Required Qualifications
For Production Supervisor
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering / ITI AOCP
- BE Chemical / B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
For Production Shift Incharge
- BE Chemical / B.Tech / M.Sc
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
