Job Responsibilities
As a part of Bharat Parenterals’ team, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities vary by department but may include:
- Production: Oversee manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and optimize production efficiency.
- Quality Control (QC/QC-Micro): Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Engineering: Maintain and troubleshoot pharmaceutical equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Formulation & Development (F&D): Innovate and develop new pharmaceutical formulations.
- Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory standards.
- Business Development/Purchase/EHS: Drive growth, manage procurement, or ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Education: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E, ITI, Diploma, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent graduation.
- Experience: 0-7 years in relevant pharmaceutical roles.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.
- Commitment: Willingness to sign a long-term association agreement (2-3 years) with an incentive scheme.
