We are currently seeking candidates for the following key roles within our Human Resources department:

1. Junior Officer/Executive (02 Vacancies):

This entry-level to mid-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your HR career at BPL. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of HR functions, gaining valuable experience across various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: Assisting in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews. This includes utilizing various recruitment platforms and techniques to identify suitable candidates.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientation programs, and handling all related documentation.
  • Employee Offboarding: Managing the exit process for employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • HR & Office Administration: Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment. This could involve participation in employee events and surveys.
  • Basic Training & Development Support: Assisting with the organization and coordination of training programs and development initiatives.
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance Support: Supporting the HR team with basic tasks related to payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory regulations.

Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant HR role.

2. Assistant Manager/Manager (01 Vacancy):

This senior-level position requires a highly experienced and capable individual to lead and manage various HR functions. The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, playing a crucial role in shaping and executing HR strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic HR Planning & Implementation: Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Leading the recruitment process, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and managing employee performance. This includes performance appraisals and talent development plans.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fair and competitive remuneration packages.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Building strong relationships with employees, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Training & Development: Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees, focusing on skill development and career progression.
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliances: Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and labor laws.
  • HR Systems & Technology: Managing and optimizing HR information systems and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant HR role, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
