Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute upstream and downstream production processes for vaccines and biologics
• Operate and monitor bioreactors, filtration systems, and purification equipment
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation and batch records
• Work closely with QA and QC teams to ensure product quality
• Troubleshoot process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean production environment
