We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic Production Formulation & Filling Department, specifically focused on injectable solutions and vaccines. Job Details
- Position: Production Formulation & Filling (Injectables and Vaccines)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience Required: 3 – 8 years
- Qualifications: B Pharmacy / B.Sc / Diploma / ITI
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for various critical tasks within the production process. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Vial Washing and Tunnel Operations: Demonstrating hands-on experience in the processing of vials through effective washing techniques and tunnel operations.
- Filling Operations: Applying extensive knowledge in various types of filling processes, including Vial Filling, Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS), Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS), and Flexible Fill Seal (FFS).
- Autoclave Operations: Managing and executing autoclave operations to ensure sterilization processes meet the highest standards of quality.
- Aseptic Area Manufacturing: Having practical experience in aseptic manufacturing processes within sterile environments.
- Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience within vaccine or injectable industries, emphasizing a strong foundation in biotechnology production practices.
Qualifications Overview
To qualify for this role, suitable candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree in pharmacy or science, or possess a diploma or ITI certification.
- Demonstrate a proven track record with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in production formulation and filling within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of aseptic manufacturing principles and practices.
