Roles & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory standards, and USFDA guidelines in manufacturing, quality control, and assurance processes.
- Handling day-to-day operations in production lines (injectables/OSD), warehouse management, chemical/microbiological testing, stability studies, and equipment qualification.
- Documentation, QMS handling, IPQA activities, and environmental monitoring.
- Contributing to efficient production, packing, dispensing, and visual inspection to maintain high-quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational qualifications: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Com, MBA, ITI, Diploma as specified for each role.
- Experience: Ranges from 0-14 years depending on the position (e.g., freshers to managers with up to 15 years).
- Preference for candidates with exposure to regulated markets, USFDA/MHRA approvals, and injectable/OSD formulations.
