Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Executive in Civil Engineering, your role will involve overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects within the company’s manufacturing units. Key responsibilities include:
Project Management
- Supervision and management of civil construction and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and budgets.
Site Management
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress, ensure conformance to design specifications, and adhere to safety or sanitation standards.
- Coordination with contractors and vendors to procure materials and services as required.
- Perform regular site audits to ensure projects align with company standards.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of construction and maintenance activities.
- Report on project progress and any challenges encountered to management.
- Prepare technical reports and drawings, and ensure all documents are up-to-date and stored correctly.
Infrastructure Maintenance
- Ensure the upkeep of the company’s civil infrastructure, including buildings, roads, and drainage systems.
- Propose improvements and upgrades to existing facilities for better operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates for the Sr. Executive – Engineering (Civil) position must meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, ideally within the pharmaceutical or industrial sector. Experience with site management, project execution, and infrastructure maintenance is essential.
- Skills: Strong project management abilities, proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD), and excellent communication and leadership skills.
