Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (Assistant Manager, Bangalore)
- Conduct stability studies and ensure compliance with QMS, OOS, OOT protocols.
- Troubleshoot analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR).
- Perform analytical method validation and adhere to GLP and GDP standards.
- Prepare protocols and manage lab instrument qualifications.
Quality Assurance (Executive / Sr. Executive, Bangalore)
- Oversee QMS, OOT, OOS, and method validation processes.
- Review SOPs, BPR, BMR, and stability reports.
- Manage change control, deviations, and cGMP compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation and clearance of analytical methods.
Production (Sr. Officer / Officer / Operator, Udaipur)
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, dryers, and other API equipment.
- Handle solvents, raw materials, and intermediates per cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain equipment logbooks and ensure SOP adherence.
- Work in shifts to support production schedules.
Qualifications
- Quality Control (Assistant Manager): M.Sc/B.Sc (Chemistry) with 10+ years of experience.
- Quality Assurance (Executive): M.Sc/B.Sc (Chemistry) with 1-4 years of experience.
- Quality Assurance (Sr. Executive): M.Sc/B.Sc (Chemistry) with 5+ years of experience.
- Production (Sr. Officer / Officer / Operator): B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharma/M.Pharma/Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2-5+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical quality standards required.
