About the Role: Analyst – Healthcare and Lifescience COE
As an Analyst in the Healthcare and Lifescience Center of Excellence (COE), you will work closely with global Bain teams to solve complex business problems for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making for leading companies in pharmaceuticals, MedTech, providers, payers, and digital health.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support global Bain case teams and client development initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights and hypotheses to address strategic business questions.
- Utilize tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and databases such as Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, and Factiva.
- Collaborate with supervisors to create high-impact client deliverables with structured storylines.
- Proactively identify roadblocks and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Contribute to internal meetings, share learnings, and drive self-development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (healthcare/pharma/biotech education is a plus).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or research.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python/R is a plus.
- Experience with databases like Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, and Factiva is preferred.
