Job Description
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Basic Skills:
- Accurate pipetting ability.
- Knowledge of ELISA, centrifuge, vortexer, shaker, Milli-Q water system, analytical balance, and other lab instruments.
- Experience in handling biological samples, reagents, and reference standards.
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: B.Sc or equivalent.
- Freshers with relevant skills may apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sample Handling:
- Receiving, labeling, storage, retrieval, and disposal of study samples.
- Documentation of sample handling activities.
- Lab Equipment Management:
- Maintenance of instruments like centrifuge, vortexer, microplate washer, microplate reader, etc.
- Ensuring proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and water baths.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are functional.
- Monitor temperature logs for lab storage devices.
- Reference Standards & Documentation:
- Preparation of “Certificate of Analysis” for working/reference standards.
- Issuance and receipt of reference standards.
- Lab Coordination:
- Supervise glassware cleaning and lab inventory.
- Coordinate with lab personnel for smooth operations.
